The SaaS solution serves investment foundations, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, real estate funds and asset managers. Its AI reads property brochures and transaction documents, prioritises deals, enriches property data with market information, and surfaces potential risks during due diligence.

Founded in late 2024 by Matthias Falk and Matthias Erhart, both previously involved in building Avrios and Unit8, AssetOS went commercially live in summer 2025. The eight-person team is backed by experienced serial entrepreneurs and business angels.
Today the platform supports more than a dozen real estate investment teams across Switzerland, including Implenia, Avadis Vorsorge, Helvetica Property Group, PURE Group, Verium and Albin Kistler. Next, we're expanding AssetOS into a comprehensive real estate investment intelligence platform, adding new use cases while preparing for international growth.
